Sunlight exposure

The main cause of wrinkles is the sun. UV rays from the sun can break down collagen and reach the deepest layers of skin, causing the skin to lose flexibility. Wear sunscreen that is appropriate for your skin type whether you are indoors or outdoors, even if you are driving or sitting by the window. According to the current weather, SPF 30 or higher is ideal. Wrinkles are also caused by indirect sun exposure. Those who work in the sun are more likely to develop early wrinkles. Wearing clothing that covers the skin, such as caps or long sleeves, may help to keep wrinkles at bay.

Tobacco use and alcohol consumption

Smoking frequently reduces blood circulation to the skin, hastening the aging process. The skin is dried out by alcohol. As a result, the skin weakens and becomes less flexible. The skin begins to sag and wrinkles appear. So, for the sake of your skin, stop smoking and drinking.

Skin dehydration

Deprivation of sleep

Excessive use of cosmetics

Cosmetics can be beneficial to your skin, but using them excessively can cause more harm than good. They can cause rashes, swelling, clogged pores, and other problems. All of these can reduce collagen and sebum formation, causing wrinkles to appear sooner.

Deficiencies in nutrition

On the other hand, nutritional deficiencies cause acne, rashes, dry skin, early wrinkles, and other skin problems. In addition, deeper wrinkles may necessitate procedures such as microdermabrasion, botox, fillers, chemical peels, facelifts, and so on.”
