During the victory celebration for his most recent film Jawan, actor Shah Rukh Khan announced the date of the premiere of his upcoming movie Dunki. Dunki will premiere in theatres around the forthcoming Christmas or New Year, according to news agency ANI. Because Jawan and Pathaan were so successful, there were rumours that Shah Rukh’s upcoming Rajkumar Hirani movie would be delayed.
Shah Rukh’s comments towards Dunki
Shah Rukh said in a video posted by ANI on X (formerly known as Twitter), “God has been very gracious to us; we have got Pathaan. I constantly say that God has been even kinder to Jawan. We began on January 26, Republic Day, which is a good and auspicious day (with Pathaan). On Krishnaji’s birthday, Janmashtami, we released the movie “Jawan.”
“We will release Dunki now that Christmas and the New Year are quickly approaching. I continue with national integration. Anyway, it will be Eid when my movie is released. I’m working a lot—more so than I have in the previous 29 years. I’ll keep working hard because, at this point, seeing other people smile after viewing the movie makes me the happiest, he added.

Taapsee Pannu also plays the lead in the Rajkumar Hirani movie. The first project that Shah Rukh, Rajkumar, and Taapsee worked on together was Dunki. According to ANI, Vicky Kaushal and Dharmendra both play important roles in the film.
In Jawan, Shah Rukh was last spotted
Fans have hailed Shah Rukh’s film Jawan as a smash. The movie has already made 410.88 crore in home theatres. On September 7, the movie opened in theatres. Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathi, Priyamani, Sanya Malhotra, Ridhi Dogra, and Sanjeeta Bhattacharya are among the other actors in the movie in addition to Shah Rukh.
