Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will reach Ayodhya today. Here he inaugurates a chowk on the occasion of the 93rd birth anniversary of vocal queen Lata Mangeshkar. CM Yogi inaugurates Lata Mangeshkar Chowk Ayodhya in Ram Katha Park at 10:30 am. The new ghat area on the banks of river Saryu has been developed as Lata Mangeshkar Chowk with an estimated budget of Rs.7.9 crore.

The main attraction of the square

The main attraction of this square is that the Indian musical instrument ‘Veena’ has been installed there, which weighs 14 tons, length 40 feet and height 12 meters. It will become a major attraction for tourists and music lovers as it will be the first place in the country where such a huge musical instrument has been installed to connect the melodious sounds with the temple town. The cost of this project is Rs 7.9 crore and an attempt has been made to mark it as a masterpiece of the world. Let us tell you that the huge size ‘Veena’ has been made by Padma Shri awardee Ram Sutar, who took 2 months to make it.

CM Yogi announced

After the death of Lata Mangeshkar, UP CM Yogi Adityanath had talked about developing Naya Ghat, a prominent place in Ayodhya in her name. The singer’s sister Usha Mangeshkar and other family members have been invited to the inauguration ceremony of the memorial.

Yogi Adityanath’s program in Ayodhya

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will leave for Ayodhya by helicopter from Lucknow residence at 10 am. After this, CM and Union Tourism Minister G Kishan Reddy will reach Ram Katha Park Helipad by helicopter at 10:30 am. Will reach Lata Mangeshkar Chowk at 10:50 am. After this, cultural programs organized in Ram Katha Park and exhibition based on the life of Lata Mangeshkar will be involved. Then the Chief Minister and Tourism Minister will attend the inauguration program of Lata Mangeshkar Chowk till 12:25 pm, where he will also meet with saints at Ram Katha Park. 12:50 pm to 1:25 pm will be reserved. During this, the CM will hold a meeting with the officials regarding the preparations for the Deepotsav. After this, the CM and the Union Tourism Minister will leave for Lucknow from Ram Katha Park at 1:30 pm.
