What Is Neutrality?

Significance Of The Day!
It is worth noting that the policy of neutrality – an important factor in providing conditions and creating a platform for peaceful negotiations – is closely related to the tools of preventive diplomacy, such as early warning and conflict prevention, mediation, good and based on them.
