Adam Joseph Copeland, best known by his ring name Edge, is a retired Canadian pro wrestler who is widely regarded as one of the best in-ring performers in the history of the sport. In 2012, he was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame. Copeland’s wrestling persona has a long history. From the time he worked with Christian to his golden period of winning World Championships, he established himself as a top WWE superstar of all time.

  • Adam Joseph Copeland (born October 30, 1973) is a retired professional wrestler and actor from Canada.
  • He is best remembered for his time with WWE, where he went by the ring name Edge. Sweet Daddy Siki and Ron Hutchison, both competent wrestlers, trained Copeland.
  • In 1997, Copeland signed a developmental contract with the WWF and was rebranded as Christian, Reso’s WWF persona.
  • He managed to win the WWF Intercontinental Championship at a house show in Toronto in July 1999, his first title reign with the corporation.
  • He is the 14th Triple Crown Champion and the 7th Grand Slam Champion in WWE history.
  • He also ended up winning the King of the Ringworld championship in 2001, the first Money in the Bank ladder match in 2005, and the Royal Rumble match in 2010, making him the first wrestler in the historical record to achieve all three feats.
