Who can predict what people yearn for most throughout the summer? Thankfully, the much-needed break is provided by foods that soothe the stomach and the body, such as ice cream, milkshakes, yoghurt, curd, and refreshing lemonades.

When you are not in the mood for your usual roti-sabzi-rice or are not hungry, homemade chaat made with healthy components might be a wonderful alternative.
